How does the free label design offer work?
Order your labels with us and receive up to two hours of label design. We can help create a new label or refresh your existing artwork.
Every design is checked by our experienced label designer to ensure the artwork is print-ready and produces a high-quality result.
What can you do within two hours?
Depending on your project, we can develop a label layout, arrange your logo and product information, select colours and fonts, or improve your existing design. We’ll discuss your requirements first to agree on what can be completed.
What do I need to provide?
Please send your logo, any existing artwork, your label dimensions and the wording you want included. Packaging photos, brand guidelines and examples of designs you like are also helpful.
Can you design a label if I don’t have existing artwork?
Yes. We can create a label using your product information and design preferences. If you also need a new logo or a complete brand identity, we can quote for that separately.
Are design revisions included?
Yes. Revisions are included within the two-hour allowance. Clear feedback helps us make the most of your design time.
Can the offer cover different products or flavours?
We can use the two hours across your label designs, but multiple products, sizes or flavours may require additional time. We’ll confirm the scope with you before starting.
What happens if my design takes more than two hours?
Your label order includes up to two hours of free design. Any additional time is charged at our standard hourly design rate. We’ll let you know before the free allowance runs out and confirm the estimated extra cost with you before continuing.
What happens if I use the 2-hour free design service but decide not to print with you?
The free 2-hour design service is offered as part of a label printing order.
If you decide not to proceed with printing through us, the design work completed will be charged at our standard design rate.
Will I see the design before printing?
Yes. You’ll receive an artwork proof to review and approve before printing begins. Please check all wording, product details and label dimensions carefully.
Can I use the free design service without ordering labels?
The free design offer is available with a label order. If you only need design or artwork preparation, we’re happy to provide a separate quote.
Can you print labels designed by someone else?
Absolutely. If you already have a finished label design, we can help prepare it for printing and arrange label production through our printing suppliers.
